It is important to check the origin of the display that is to be replaced, mixing manufacturers may cause the display to not work properly and to have ghost touch, unresponsive touch or freezing touch (after some use).

To check the manufacturer simply turn over the display and see the code on the bottom of the backplate.
The first three digits of the code indicate the manufacturer:

Digits DTP & C3F indicate a LG display

Digits DKH & C0N indicate a Sharp display

Digits C11 & F7C indicate a Toshiba display

For your information, when a Toshiba display is used instead of a Sharp display (or the other way around) there is a 5% chance that a touch defect will occur.
If an LG display is used with either a Sharp or Toshiba display, there is a 50-60% chance.
In some cases, these problems do not show until after a couple of days after placement.
