We offer a wide range of shipping options for UK and international orders.
To ensure you receive your order quickly we dispatch orders placed before 4.00pm GMT Monday - Friday on the same day!

Orders placed after 4.00pm are sent the next working day.
All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.

Express options are available using DPD, Royal Mail and DHL.
In addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer.

Exchange or Return of Goods

We offer a 12 month warranty on all products we sell. The warranty covers any non working / failed parts or damaged / faulty accessories.
Item(s) that arrive with physical damage such as cracked LCD's / ripped cables are not covered.

If you are unfortunate enough to need to return an item simply start a RMA request from your account page.
From here you can select the item(s) from the relevant order and detail the faults the item(s) have.

Pack your items securely are send via a signed for shipping service to the returns address provided.
When the items are received by us we will aim to replace them like for like within 48 hours.
If the item(s) are out of stock we will exchange them as soon as they are back in stock again.

Unused items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of original order date.

Products are not accepted back if any of the following apply:

  • The item has been damaged.
  • Any items show signs of fitting such as glue or adhesive.
  • Any software or hardware products have been activated or used.
  • Phone cases or cables have been used and removed from the original packing, unless faulty.


My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

When your order was mark as dispatched a tracking number wold have been emailed to you and is also available from your order history in your online account.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Unfortunately most UK delivery companies do not operate on public holidays.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

We offer next day delivery for all orders placed Monday to Friday, Saturday delivery options are also available.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Most delivery methods will require you to sign for receipt of the parcel.
