Returns Policy

We offer a 12 month warranty on all products we sell. The warranty covers any non working / failed parts or damaged / faulty accessories. Item(s) that arrive with physical damage such as cracked LCD’s / ripped cables are not covered. If you are unfortunate enough to need to return an item simply start a RMA request from your account page. From here you can select the item(s) from the relevant order and detail the faults the item(s) have. Pack your items securely are send via a signed for shipping service to the returns address provided. When the items are received by us we will aim to replace them like for like within 48 hours. If the item(s) are out of stock we will exchange them as soon as they are back in stock again. Any items that have been used or attempted to be fitted will be exchanged only. Unused items can be exchanged or refunded.
