When you order with us or access any of our services the following terms apply.
They’re important for us and you as they set out what we expect from each other and they also provide you with helpful information.

We keep this terms and conditions page updated and will amend it when required, the latest version will always apply.
Shopping With Us
To shop with us you will need a valid debit / credit card or a paypal account.
For any payment method you must be authorisd to use it.
Placing An Order
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
Full payment is taken at the time of checking out.
You may be able to cancel or ammend your order after placint it as long as it hasnt already been shipped.
All stock levels are displayed in real time so are very accurate.
In the odd occasion an item is out of stock that you have ordered you will be notifed and refunded.
Prices And Descriptions
If we discover an error in a products price or description we will notify you and offer a refund or exchange.
If we are unable to get in touch with you, we will hold your order until we receive confirmation.
Prices exclude VAT (where applicable).
When completing your order you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.
We work with our carriers to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
