We are a trade wholesale supplier of genuine and quality-tested mobile & tablet repair parts, tools, and accessories.

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• Our prices and stock are intended for trade and business customers (repair shops, resellers, and similar businesses).
• By registering a trade account, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you're authorised to order on behalf of your business.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or close any account at our discretion.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However:

• Product images are for illustration purposes — actual packaging or minor cosmetic details may vary.
• Prices can be viewed Inc. or Ex. VAT using the toggle at the top of our site, and are confirmed in full at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will contact you before proceeding if this affects your order.
• Stock availability is shown at the time of browsing but is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched, unless you have an approved trade account with agreed credit terms. We accept:

All payments are processed securely — we never store your full card details on our servers.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you once they've been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and most parts carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to NUGSM and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUGSM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, including loss of profits, business, or data.
